Magician Profile: Matt Cadabra grew up in southern New Jersey. As a child, he enjoyed watching magicians perform at casinos and parties. This led to him frequenting local magic shops and joining a local magic club. At 12, Matt entered a magic competition and performed the "The Mis-Made Flag" and a card trick called "Lucky Leprechauns." As years went by Matt continued to perform for his family and friends, and he maintained desire to entertain. At age 19, Matt started doing stand-up comedy in some of Philadelphia's comedy clubs. He got some laughs.

Matt next step was performing charity magic shows for children in Ronald McDonald Homes, the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and at his local church. Matt still actively donates his time for charitable functions, and this is what led to Matt performing professionally.

As Matt began performing magic professionally, he found success. Matt has performed in a wide variety of events; ranging from large stage shows, private parties, a TV commercial, producing a ring for a marriage proposal, restaurants/corporate venues, and appearing on America's Got Talent. Matt's #1 goal is alway to put the audience first.

Matt, age 24, currently lives in Lindenwold, NJ. In April 2011, he recieved a Bachelors of Architecture Degree from Drexel University. He has big plans for his magic career.
